Relief Shift Approval Banner
We’ve added a Shift Approval Banner to help recruiters manage relief shift applications more efficiently. Now, recruiters will see a clear banner notification whenever there are pending relief shift applications that require approval.
Improved Hire Tracking
Help us celebrate your success: now when removing a job, you can easily let us know if you made a hire through Hound. This helps improve your experience and unlocks insights for future hires.
Expanded Employer Profiles
Recruiters can now change their name, write out a brief bio and upload a profile photo.

Users can more easily manage app push notifications settings for both their device and the app in one place. External job application links are now available in the app.
External Job Application Links
Employers can add an external application link to new or existing job postings, redirecting applicants to their career portal, ATS or website to apply. Employers will still receive notifications for all new job applications and review applicants in Scout.

When viewing your profiles of your candidate connections, the “messaged by me on MM/DD/YYYY” timestamp now shows the date of your most recent message instead of your initial message.
Weekly Job Alerts for Job Seekers
Weekly job matches are now emailed to job seekers based on their location and job preferences. Users can turn this on/off in their notification settings on the web.
Updated Candidate Search Filters for Employers
New filters added in candidate searches for more customization: now you can filter by candidates who are “actively searching” and also users who are students.
